✅ Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You received a different product than what you ordered.
The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
Digital products (eBooks, software)
Innerwear, cosmetics, and hygiene products
Government-related service charges
🔄 Return Process
Contact Us at 📧 support@sonaistore.in or 📞 (+91) 9732-100-193 within 7 days of delivery.
Share order ID, reason, and clear images (if applicable).
Our team will verify and arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size issues, color mismatches, or defective items.
Subject to availability of the replacement item.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—please initiate a return after delivery.
